We recently tried out the Vitality barrel sauna at our place and it arrived preheated to 75C as we don’t like it too hot!. The sauna came with freshly washed floor and bench towels is very clean and spacious with so much room for two adults to lie down and stretch out or many more seated. We didn’t quite manage to jump into our cold pool after but had a great experience and loved the steam and essential oils, felt so relaxed and certainly slept well afterwards. I am a high-level triathlete competing at national level as well as x-pro soccer player and all-around fitness fanatic. I train very hard and push myself to the limit in endurance runs, swims and bike rides. I am absolutely convinced that the steam sauna aids my recovery and enhances my performance. As a tradesman who works on the tools in a physical and demanding job, I find the sauna to be a fantastic way to recover, detox and rejuvenate. I find that it helps me mentally as well as physically. The stress and responsibility of meeting targets and dealing with problems on the job can sometimes feel a bit much but the sauna clears my head and energises me. I love the real steam sauna which is beyond compare to the Infra red models that don’t get hot and don’t produce steam. I recommend Vitality to anyone for improved energy, focus and recovery.
