Please note: All users must complete a waiver before using the sauna to be covered by our insurer. All users are strongly advised to check with their medical practitioner before exposing their body to hot or cold bathing.

Japanese Waon Therapy/Homeopathic Recovery (post sauna) 30 -60 minutes of Waon (soothing warmth) pure relaxation and recovery laying on beds with cotton sheets wrapped in blankets in our wood clad loft room. Subdued lighting, eucalyptus diffuser and meditation. You can practice yoga nidra (non sleep deep rest). 
Waon is known as an effective treatment for chronic fatigue, chronic pain and other ailments. ​
