Japanese Waon Therapy/Homeopathic Recovery (post sauna) 30 minutes laying in the forest on padded beds covered in large towels from head to toe. Breathing (yoga nidra) to enable recovery and for your body temperature to come into balance. This is highly recommended and an essential part of a true sauna experience leaving you feeling rejuvenated and reinvigorated. ​
